Yukon, Ho! is a new musical created by the indie-folk-americana trio Bandits on the Run, inspired by untold stories of Black prospectors who were part of the Yukon Gold Rush. This past August, the Bandits undertook a writing and research trip to Alaska. Come enjoy new songs and stories as part of this special concert evening sharing their work-in-process.
Bandits on the Run is a band consisting of three lead singers a guitar, a cello, a suitcase drum, an accordion, and various toy instruments. They hail from Brooklyn, NY and are known for their vivacious performance style, genre-defying sound, soaring harmonies, and ability to make music-magic happen everywhere from subway platforms to concert halls.
